Learning new skills
Throughout my IB education, I had to navigate all aspects of learning in English, pushing me to refine my language skills to a level of fluency and precision. Communicating effectively in a second language required patience, perseverance, and adaptability. Consequently, I developed a deeper appreciation for the nuances of language and the importance of clear and concise expression. Moreover, the experience heightened my sensitivity to non-verbal cues and body language, which has proven invaluable in my interactions with people from diverse backgrounds.
The IB program is renowned for its rigor and multifaceted challenges. It demanded not only academic excellence but also the development of various essential skills. Problem-solving became second nature to me, as I encountered intricate educational and real-life scenarios that required innovative solutions. Research played a pivotal role in my IB journey, as we were tasked with conducting experiments and gaining an in-depth understanding of our chosen subjects. This early exposure to research methodologies has been instrumental in preparing me for the demands of my dentistry course.
Working on projects
