All Hospitality Services will be available on our app once you book your place and request the service. Through this platform you will discover a unique means of communication, where you can receive advice and assistance before, during, and after your arrival in Madrid.

We briefly explain the usefulness of each of our services:
- We help you with the validation or homologation of your baccalaureate studies abroad. This will allow you to meet the requirements to officially continue your studies at Universidad CEU San Pablo.
- We support you with regard to your migration documents so that you can legally be in Spain.
- You will have your International Student Identity Card (ISIC), which will give you discounts in various shops, restaurants, and trips, among other benefits.
- We will open a bank account for you at Banco Santander, directly on the campus where you study. You will also receive updated information about their scholarships and special student loans.
- You will have a monthly public transport card, which includes all the trips you make in the Autonomous Community of Madrid by bus, metro, light rail and Cercanías (short-distance) train.
- You will have a SIM card so that you can communicate nationally and internationally from the moment you place it in your mobile.
- Are you from outside the European Union? Do you need a student visa? We can help you prepare your letter of admission. Consult directly with the Spanish Consulate in your country for more details.
